Dawson was born with Down syndrome and a severe heart defect. He underwent major heart surgery at 3 months old. Dawson's Crew is a team of family and friends who love Dawson and want to support him and the entire Down syndrome community. All of our fundraising efforts benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis directly.

2011 S.U.D.S Walk in Forest Park

 
2011 was the first year that Dawson's Crew participated in the Step Up for Down Syndrome awareness walk.  Despite the heat, we all had a blast!  There is always lots of food, games and fun!  Not to mention getting to meet some of the wonderful people in the Down syndrome community!
